Few things irritate clients more than not being on time. You can set yourself apart from your competition by first showing up on time for planned meetings by arriving 10 minutes early. And set realistic benchmarks for completion. Allow for things like rain days and interruptions. Do not promise a hard deadline, and over estimate the time it is going to complete each step of the project. That way when you complete the step on time or earlier, you are the hero.
