How we got started

Working toward simplified Contacts and Customer Relationship Management

While working with a number of CRM and Contact management systems it was easy to see why people found it painful to deal with them. So we strove to create applications that would greatly simplify the work flow by automating the things that were the most tedious and time consuming.

The MySuite365 Software Suite provides you with applications that address your needs for each piece of working with contacts, getting to the stage they are customers and then making the process of keeping in touch with them as simple as possible.

Task collaboration is a fairly new business concept that has changed how we look at dealing with and solving issues. We used Collabs while building the software for MySuite365, and the simplification of the business of dealing with issues and new features was remarkable, leading to an increase in efficiency of about 30%. And when the work load is relieved the work day goes much nicer.

Looking forward

MySuite365 has been a labor of love.
We knew their had to be a better way of integrating a CRM into the workflow of dealing with contacts and customers, then we added other applications that enhance those requirements.

Three key ingredients lead our development.

  • Listen to people. We never know where we'll hear the next great idea.
These give us the capability to define new product features and quickly integrate them.
